Faculty Projects on Healing from Burnout and Intentional Productivity

During fall quarter 2023 and fall 2022, SCC faculty joined a community of practice (CoP) focused on addressing professional burnout. The first began with a focus on intentional productivity, and the the second more intentionally supported heating from burnout.  The conversations covered a large variety of connected topics: from using apps and approaches to increase productivity, goal setting and tracking time spent on tasks, naming and understanding burnout from a personal and systemic level, and building resilience. Faculty created projects that reflected their own learning and were gracious enough to share their insights with others.
