SCC Faculty and Staff Equity Projects

The TLC organized a Community of Practice around equity-mindedness in Fall 2020, and participants learned with and from each other, committing to developing a project that increased equity in their work with students. The following pages share their work.

The purpose for sharing this information is to:

• increase your awareness of the variety of ways that equity impacts student success,
• as well as inspire you to apply equity-minded practices yourself, no matter how you work with students. 

The work is openly licensed, and many projects encourage you to adapt and/or revise the materials. Please review the information and reach out to the project developers if you have any questions.
