Video Quiz: The Literature Review Process

Purpose:

This activity is designed to help you start the literature review process for your research paper. By watching and engaging with the video on the research process, you’ll gain key insights into locating, analyzing, and synthesizing sources to build a strong foundation in academic research.

Task:

You are required to watch the 8-minute video on the research process and complete the embedded quiz questions by October 28. The video provides an overview of the steps you’ll use to complete your literature review, with questions to answer as you progress, so be sure to watch the entire video to successfully finish the activity.

Criteria for Success:

Plan for approximately 15 minutes to complete this activity. Completing it is especially important if you are in an in-person class, as you will soon meet with a librarian to begin developing your research topics.
