Using My Planner

 

Using Planner in ctcLink:

  1. Log in to ctcLink with your student ID number and password.
  2. Enter your Student Homepage
  3. Click on the "Manage Classes" tile
  4. Select the Planner option on the left-side navigation bar
  5. Click "Add from Course Catalog" to search for classesPlanner page
  6. Enter a subject and catalog number in the search field and select the arrow to display the courses.

    7. Select a Course to view the course details.

    8. Select the Add to Planner button.
    • A message is displayed of "This course is in your planner under Unassigned Term".

    9.  Select the Planner link.
    • Unassigned Courses and Terms are displayed.

      10. Hover over and click the the Unassigned Courses section.
      • Individual courses are displayed.

    11. Select a Course.
    • The course detail is displayed.

    12. Select the Move to Term button.
    • The Move to Term pop up appears.

13. In the drop down, select a term and then select the Save button.

      • The course is stored as "Planned" for the term selected.
