Read:
We use a paragraph to organize our ideas in our writing. A paragraph is a group of related sentences that gives information about one topic. A paragraph has a topic sentence that tells the main idea, supporting details, and a conclusion. The first sentence is always indented (you leave a small space at the start of the first sentence only). You should also have a title. Put the title on the first line of the page in the middle or on the first slide of your presentation.
Example:
A Wonderful Place to Be
New York is a wonderful place to visit with many things to see and do. There are hundreds of delicious restaurants. Some are expensive, but some are cheap. You can find food from all over the world. There are many places you can visit such as the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, and the Museum of Natural History. You can see musicals and plays at a Broadway theater or watch street performers for free while you walk around the city. New York has something for everyone, and it is a wonderful place to visit.
