In this module, you will use PowerPoint to create a presentation about garbage, water, energy, and what you will do in the future.
PowerPoint is a way to use the computer for presentations. Each slide is a page that you can write words on. Usually, you use bullet points to include important information on your slide. You do not write paragraphs or many sentences on your slides. You give the details and explanation during your presentation when you talk. You can also put pictures on the page. The first slide has the title of your presentation. The other slides give information or examples. When you are finished, you have a slideshow.
When you create your PowerPoint presentation, it is important that your ideas and slides are organized. The best way to organize your ideas is to have a main idea and supporting details. The main idea is what you are telling us about your topic. The supporting details give more information and examples about the main idea. Details help the audience understand your ideas.
You will make 4-5 slides for your presentation. Use the outline below to make a plan for your slides.
