Read these useful interview tips. Most companies interview job candidates in person. It is important to be prepared.
Before the Interview:
- Interview Tip # 1 - Be Punctual
- Make a strong first impression by arriving early. Do not be late for your interview.

- Know where to go so you are not late.
- Interview Tip # 3 - Turn off your Cell Phone
- Be sure to turn off your cell phone before the interview begins. Do not answer the phone or let it ring during your interview.

- Wear respectful and professional clothing to your interview. Do not wear jeans, tee shirts, old clothes or short skirts.
During/In the Interview:

- Shake hands when you greet the interviewer. Have a firm handshake. When the interview is over, shake hands again and thank the interviewer for their time.

- Making eye contact is important. Look people in the eye while they are speaking and when you are answering questions.

- Listen carefully to the interviewer. Ask for clarification if you are not sure of the question.

- Use short answers that are clear and to the point. Support each short answer with an example or reason.
