Everyone has job skills. Some people have more hard skills than soft skills. Some people have more soft skills than hard skills. Everyone is different. Some people are good with computers (a hard skill), and some people are good at working with the public (a soft skill). Some people are good at both. Companies look for people with both types of skills.
