Other verbs in the simple present tense do not change as much.
In the affirmative form, we use the base verb with I, you, we, and they.
We add an s to the verb when the subject is he, she, or it. Sometimes the -s is -es or -ies.
You only add the s to the affirmative form. You do not add s to the negative or question forms.
