Collaborate (formerly called Elluminate) is a robust web conferencing tool, available via statewide contract to all instructors in the Washington State Community and Technical College system. Collaborate is useful for people who teach and learn at a distance and also face to face and has many desirable features, including two-way audio, multi-point video, interactive whiteboard, application and desktop sharing, rich media, breakout rooms, and session recording.
