new year, new Boulevard!

I hope you had a great Summer and that you are already getting geared up to start another quarter. I’m writing to provide some guidance to you if you would still like to be involved with our eLearning coaching groups, or if you would prefer a less-ubiquitous support system.

We’ve created a scaled-back non-academic course, open to anyone who wants to visit, called the Bigfoot On-Ramp here: https://ccs.instructure.com/courses/2398293

If you want to continue belonging to one of our online groups, simply click through “Meet the Student Success Coaches” and choose one! You just click the “Join” button, and voila! You’re on the Boulevard to Success!!! Join any of the groups (now called Bigfoot Boulevard!), each will have a slightly different personality, but all of the same great help, support, and quality information we can throw at you. You do need to join us if you want us to code you as an online student to receive priority registration in your online classes.

If you think you would prefer to step back a bit and not join in, that’s absolutely ok! We are trying to make ourselves more accessible to more online students who need us and provide an adequate amount of support, regardless of how you prefer to engage/not engage with us. We will send out periodic reminders to students who are registered online that we are here and can help any time you need it.

The BEST part: Decide whenever you want. We are always happy to see you, and more than anything, we want to be available to you as much as you want us. Even if you never interact with our courses or pay much attention to our emails, you are ALWAYS welcome to reach out to us for help with anything.
