Graduation Information

Almost ready to graduate? 

All students must apply to graduate. For priority processing, submit your Graduation Application Form Links to an external site.  (formerly known as a Petition to Graduate) by these dates:

For graduation at the end of spring quarter, January 31
For graduation at the end of summer quarter, March 31
For graduation at the end of fall quarter, July 31
For graduation at the end of winter quarter, September 30

If you miss the priority processing date, don't panic! Go ahead and submit the form as soon as you can. If you have any questions, please contact the Transcripts Office by phone at 509-533-7001, email at transcripts@scc.spokane.edu, or in person in Building 15.
