Which Math Class Do I Start With?

Some SCC programs require placement-- a skills assessment that ensures you will be successful in your classes. To find out if your program requires placement contact the testing center by calling 509-533-7074 or emailing scc.testing@scc.spokane.edu.

Being placed in the right classes early in your college career makes it more likely you will successfully complete your degree or program. The Testing Center's goal is to help you begin your studies at SCC in classes that aren't too hard or too easy.

Running Start students who need placement should begin by sending their high school transcript to the Running Start Office at SCC.RunningStart@scc.spokane.edu.
