How to Submit the Late Enrollment Form

Go to the SFCC main website page and click on Student Tool student tools

Click on Forms A-Z

forms A through Z

Click on blue “Late Enrollment Form” Link

Login with Student Big Foot Email and Password
Student Email Example

Fill out form and make sure to have all course information from ctclink written down and readily available. Find in ctclink, just like when you go to enroll and see course information. See picture example to answer questions.

Course Name: For example: Introduction to Early Childhood Education
Course Number: For example: 105
Class Number: For Example: 32695
Instructor Search: Type in Instructor name, for example, LeighAnna Drake and wait a second or two,
Then Select Instructor Email: For Example: Leighanna.Drake@sfcc.spokane.edu
First Date of Appearance: When you intend to show up for the class, suggested same day.
EXPLAIN your reason for the late enrollment:
- For example: I was on the waitlist for another course that did not become available, and someone helped me find an available course that meets my program requirements. If you would allow me entry into your course, I am confident I will be able to make up any missing assignments. Thank you so much, it is greatly appreciated.
Indicate whether you are dropping a class to replace one you may not have been interested in: Click what applies to you
Finish and then click submit button.
