The first step to building an effective course homepage is understanding the role the homepage plays in a course. In this video Tim and Ben talk about the keys to a good homepage, how the needs of a good homepage can be different depending on the modality the course is being taught in (online, hybrid, or on-ground). They then model the evaluation of some course homepages using the course design checklist.
