To schedule an appointment you can do so in two sections, the Overview page or the “My Appointments” page.

To schedule from the Overview Page:

At the bottom of the box on the screen labeled Specialist, click on the blue request an appointment button.
Use the drop-down menu in the first box to select who you would like to meet with.
1. Contact your Primary Specialist for:
  1. Accommodation Adjustments
  2. Difficulties using Accommodation(s)
  3. Situation or diagnostic changes
2. Contact your Secondary Specialist for:
  1. Technology instruction and/or assistance
  2. E-text instruction and/or assistance
  3. Testing questions

If you would like language accommodation for this meeting, please select the appropriate check box(s).
Use the drop-down menu to select how you would like to meet (in-person, zoom, etc.).
In the text box, write a few words about why you are requesting this meeting.
In the box to the right click on the check box(s) to select the purpose of the meeting.
Click on all the times you’d be available to meet. You’ve selected a time when the box turns blue.
Finish by clicking on the button add appointment request.

Your appointment request will then show up in the My appointments page.

Once your appointment has bene confirmed, it will show up on the Overview Tab and the My Appointments Page.

To schedule from the My Appointments Page:

Clicking on the My appointments button on the left-hand menu bar will bring you the appointments page. Here you will find a list of your upcoming appointments as well as the ability to request a new appointment.

To request a new appointment, click on the blue request an appointment button.

To Cancel Your Appointment:

If you need to cancel your appointment request, you can do so on the My Appointments Page. Click on the upcoming appointment you need to cancel and select the Cancel Appointment button. Confirm by selecting the Cancel Appointment button once more.
