Using Google Scholar to find the Conversation
Many students use Google Scholar to search for articles and resources about their research topics. You can also use Google Scholar to find specific articles and find other articles that have cited that article as a source.
For example, let's say that I found this article in Academic Search Complete about tomatoes and cancer, but I notice it's from 2007, and I wanted to find other articles that have cited it since then...
I would copy and paste the title of the article, and search for it in Google Scholar Links to an external site....
On the next page, I can see the article, and I can see that it's been Cited by 195 other articles.
If I click Cited by 195, the next page will show me those 195 articles that have cited this one...
On the next two pages, you'll learn a bit more about how to use Google Scholar effectively do to this kind of searching.
