Exam 1 will only be open Tuesday, July 17th to Sunday, July 23rd

Instructions:  Please complete BOTH the items below.

The directions for completing the form are listed in the lower right corner of the form.   You can upload the form using the submit assignment feature in Canvas.

2) After completing the form review the results and write a three-paragraph reflection.   The first paragraph should be about the test itself and the second should be what you learned about yourself as a test taker.   In the final paragraph, discuss what you will do next time for the exam.   You will need to submit the essay via Canvas. 

This extra credit assignment is worth up to 10 points!
