ctcLink Setup for First Time Users

Go to http://scc.spokane.edu/ Links to an external site. and click Student Tools and then ctcLink

• If this is your first time signing in, click First Time User

• Enter your First Name, your Last Name, your Date of Birth, and your ctcLink Student ID number.

• On the next page you will choose and answer some security questions which you will use if you ever forget your password. Then you will create a password.

• Your password will need to have at least 8 characters, including at least one uppercase or capital letter, one lowercase or small letter, and at least one number. 

 

• The ideal password is one that is impossible for you to forget and that is very difficult for a stranger to guess. 

 

     After your password is set and your login is complete, you will be at the ctcLink page.

 

<!>  Be aware that some students have gone through setup previously. In this case, you can simply enter your ctcLink Student ID and the password you previously set.  If you don't remember your password, you can click Forgot Password, then answer the security questions to reset your password. <!>

 

**If you are unable to continue setup using the First Time User setup screen, and you don't remember your previously-set password or the answers to the Security Questions, you can call Helpdesk (509) 533-4357. They will send a request to the State Board and you will receive an email, usually within 24 hours, informing you that your password has been reset. You will then be able to go through the First Time User setup screen as normal.**
