Problems in Zoom?
Zoom is a video conferencing software that we use to allow students to join our Flex sessions in real time online. However, below are some of the common issues you may encounter:
- Make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements stated by Zoom. There are specific system requirements for the desktop app Links to an external site., the mobile app Links to an external site., and the web client Links to an external site.. Make sure to choose the system requirements specific to your device. This also includes needing working speakers, webcam, and microphone on your device to be able to engage with the class remotely.
