Overview:

As we take steps to be more inclusive in our lives, we need to consider all spaces. The online classroom is a space that has always been challenging to help people feel like they belong and is worth considering in what ways we address that. This module's goal is to help provide suggestions and strategies for you to begin that work. There are a few real simple things from adding your pronouns in Canvas to more challenging course design strategies, like TILTing your assignments. As always, this is an iterative process and please share any great ideas you've implemented or come across and we will build them into this content.

• Identify course design decisions that create a more inclusive online learning space
• Develop a plan for implementing an inclusive strategy right away and something to build for the future
