Canvas Analytics - Module Overview

Overview:

We all want to be data informed. We know that the use of correct data to help us make informed decisions is key to successful choices, but what does that actually look like? Digging through spreadsheets, overthinking student page views, and over analyzing login times or quiz questions isn't the answer. We need to be able to make accurate insights quickly with useful information. The goal of this module is to learn where Canvas Analytics and other data sources can help us make informed decisions, while also understanding its limitations so we aren't influenced by bad data and inaccurate data sources. 

Module Objectives:

1. Identify sources of learning analytics available to you
2. Evaluate learning analytics 
3. Select appropriate interventions and course change
