Purpose:

This assignment is designed to help you increase the viewership of your online lecture content. By analyzing the strategies offered in the module and the suggestions in the group discussion, our hope is that you can develop some ways to incentivize students who seem to be ignoring your instructional materials. 

Task:

For this assignment, I want you to:

  • Reflect on lecture viewership in your course. Are all students watching, how long are they watching, how do you incentivize viewership, etc?
  • Choose a strategy you'd like to incorporate from this module or elsewhere and discuss how you hope that strategy will "move the needle".

You can submit your reflections and strategy via the text box, a word document with your thoughts, or a video response.
