How Do I "Mute" and "Unmute" In The New Gradebook?

In the New Gradebook, Canvas has done away with the terms "mute" and "unmute" and replaced them with a grade posting policy that is set for "automatic" or "manual.".  You can set this policy for the entire Gradebook or by assignment.

An automatic grade posting policy means that students see their grades as soon as they are posted.  A manual grade posting policy means that students see their grades when you want them to.
